& Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77tez" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 77tez online gaming platform accessible at 77tez.net and all associated services, interfaces, and applications operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77tez platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 77tez, inclusive of the associated PKR wallet balance, transaction history, and account settings.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's 77tez Account, funded via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Services" refers collectively to the sportsbook, live betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, promotional offers, and all other features available on the 77tez platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 77tez as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real PKR funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process that 77tez requires all Players to complete before accessing real-money features.

By accessing the 77tez platform in any manner — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 77tez Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing 77tez on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of the 77tez platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 77tez will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the 77tez platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance forfeited. 77tez reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

To register a 77tez Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly should any details change.

Each Player may hold only one active 77tez Account. Registering or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended pending investigation, with Bonus Funds forfeited.

Before making a first withdrawal, and at 77tez's discretion at any other time, Players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 77tez is lawful in their jurisdiction. 77tez makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players who access 77tez from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77tez Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 77tez immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77tez will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account that occurred prior to your notification to 77tez, provided that 77tez did not contribute to such unauthorised access through its own negligence.

77tez strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 77tez reserves the right to require 2FA for Accounts that exhibit unusual activity patterns or high-value transaction volumes.

77tez processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 77tez's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds by 77tez's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. 77tez does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used by the Player for a prior deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 business hours, subject to security review. 77tez reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

77tez operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international gaming licence. Any funds deposited into a 77tez Account must be derived from legitimate sources. 77tez reserves the right to freeze an Account and report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required by law or where 77tez reasonably suspects a violation of applicable AML obligations.

An Account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 77tez reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive Accounts as communicated to the Player in advance. Once an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed.

77tez may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements for casino bonuses are 30x the bonus amount. Sportsbook free bet wagering requirements will be specified per offer.
• Each promotional offer is available to one eligible Account per person, per household, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 77tez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect the terms of a bonus already claimed and actively being wagered by a Player.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple Account abuse, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions will be forfeited without compensation.
• 77tez reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in any specific promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the 77tez sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 77tez at its sole discretion. 77tez reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In the event of a material change in odds between the time a Player submits a bet and the time it is processed, 77tez will honour the odds at which the bet was confirmed, not the revised odds. 77tez reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds caused by typographical or system errors, and any bets accepted at such erroneous odds may be voided.

In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, football, and other sports are subject to delay between real-world events and the 77tez platform update. 77tez reserves the right to void in-play bets where a market was clearly open in error following the conclusion of a relevant event.

Bets may be voided by 77tez in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours, clear pricing errors, incomplete events, or confirmed match-fixing. Voided bets are returned to the Player's PKR Wallet as stake value.

Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply on the 77tez sportsbook. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and updated periodically. 77tez will not be liable for winnings that exceed stated maximums.

All casino games available on 77tez — including slot games, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the individual studio's game rules in addition to 77tez's platform terms. Technical disconnections during a live dealer game will be handled in accordance with the relevant studio's disconnection policy, a summary of which is available in the 77tez FAQ section.

77tez does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's PKR Wallet at 77tez's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77tez platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the 77tez platform in a manner not sanctioned by 77tez.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Colluding with other Players or with 77tez staff in any manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate profits on 77tez.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 77tez for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77tez staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

77tez reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, responsible gaming concerns, or at the Player's own request.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, 77tez reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 77tez Support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's registered PKR payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

77tez is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77tez Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 77tez Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the total duration of each gaming session on 77tez.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications displaying your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 77tez for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from 77tez for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your Account settings. If you feel that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support from a qualified counselling organisation.

All content on the 77tez platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 77tez or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 77tez for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 77tez content without the express prior written consent of 77tez.

The 77tez name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 77tez. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use any 77tez trademark, trade name, or logo without express prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77tez and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the 77tez platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 77tez had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77tez's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their 77tez Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77tez does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 77tez will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect platform availability.

77tez collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at 77tez.net/privacy-policy. By using 77tez, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and the course of your use of 77tez is used for purposes including Account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. 77tez does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

77tez reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Amendments that are required to comply with applicable law, regulatory directives, or court orders may take immediate effect. In all cases, the version of these Terms & Conditions displaying the most recent effective date at the top of this page constitutes the currently binding agreement between you and 77tez.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77tez holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause prevents 77tez from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 77tez Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77tez with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
